Continental AG’s subsidiary ContiTech Finland Ltd sells a real estate development site of approximately 5.5 hectares in Myllypuro, Tampere to Aare Invest Oy.
Aare Invest is developing new storage, logistics, and production facilities on the site. The floor area of the divested premises is approximately 12,200 sqm, of which circa 11,000 sqm is lettable. The current zoning plan enables circa 15,000 sqm of new construction on the site and also additional 15,000 sqm construction.
In the same context, ContiTech Finland leases the new 2,650 square meter premises in Jasperinkuja, Pirkkala, from Aare Invest with a long-term lease.
In both sites, the premises will be built by Meijou Oy

Continental Groupin tytäryhtiö ContiTech Finland Oy myy Tampereen Myllypurossa sijaitsevan noin 5,5 hehtaarin kiinteistökehityskohteen Aare Invest Oy:lle.
Aare Invest kehittää kohteelle uutta varasto-, logistiikka- ja tuotantotilaa. Nyt myytyjen tilojen pinta-ala on noin 12 200 kerrosneliömetriä. Kehityshanke mahdollistaa nykyisellä kaavalla noin 15 000 kerrosneliömetrin uudisrakennukset ja lisäksi vielä noin 15 000 kerrosneliömetrin rakentamisen.
Samassa yhteydessä ContiTech Finland vuokraa Aare Investiltä uudet 2 650 neliömetrin laajuiset toimitilat Pirkkalan Jasperinkujalta pitkäaikaisella vuokrasopimuksella.
Tilat kummassakin kohteessa rakentaa Meijou Oy.
