The new restaurant will bring a French atmosphere and flavors to dishes familiar to Finns.
"The goal of the new restaurant is to add a French twist to dishes familiar to Finns. The historical setting of the Frenckell office building offers the perfect backdrop for our restaurant. We are delighted to offer our customers unique culinary experiences and unforgettable moments in the heart of Tampere," say the new restaurant's entrepreneurs, Marco Kaniecki and Tapio Alanko.
The ambiance of the Frenckell office building creates a unique and intimate atmosphere. The nearly 500 sqm space includes a street-level dining area as well as a cozy brick-vaulted cellar, perfect for corporate events and private celebrations. The restaurant will also feature a wine bar offering a wide selection of French wines and cocktails. During the summer, guests can enjoy their meals on the restaurant’s charming terrace, which provides a relaxed and comfortable environment amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant will be open every day from breakfast until late in the evening.
Aare Invest Oy purchased the Frenckell office building in February 2024. Extensive renovation work on the historic site will begin later this year.

Suositun Boulangerie Marcon yrittäjät avaavat uuden ravintolan Frenckellin konttoriin
Uuteen ravintolaan tuodaan ranskalaista tunnelmaa ja makuja suomalaisille tuttuihin ruokiin.
”Uuden ravintolan tavoitteena on tuoda suomalaisille tuttuihin ruokiin ranskalaista vivahdetta. Frenckellin konttorin historiallinen ympäristö tarjoaa täydelliset puitteet ravintolallemme. Olemme iloisia voidessamme tarjota asiakkaillemme ainutlaatuisia makuelämyksiä ja unohtumattomia hetkiä Tampereen sydämessä”, kertovat uuden ravintolan yrittäjät Marco Kaniecki ja Tapio Alanko.
Frenckellin konttorin miljöö luo ainutlaatuisen ja intiimin ilmapiirin. Yhteensä lähes 500 m2:n tilassa on katutason ravintolatilan lisäksi tunnelmallinen tiiliholvattu kellari, joka on täydellinen yritystilaisuuksiin ja yksityisiin juhliin. Ravintolan yhteyteen tulee myös viinibaari, joka tarjoaa laajan valikoiman ranskalaisia viinejä ja cocktaileja. Kesäisin asiakkaat voivat nauttia ateriansa ravintolan viehättävällä terassilla, joka tarjoaa rennon ja viihtyisän ympäristön kaupungin vilinän keskellä. Ravintola on avoinna joka päivä aamupalalta iltamyöhään.
Aare Invest Oy osti Frenckellin konttorin helmikuussa 2024. Historiallisen kohteen mittavat perusparannustyöt alkavat jo kuluvan vuoden aikana.
”Projektin tavoitteena on saavuttaa energiatehokkuusluokka A, mikä heijastaa sitoutumistamme kestävään kehitykseen. Lisäksi tavoittelemme rakennukselle arvostettua BREEAM-ympäristösertifikaattia, joka vahvistaa kohteen ympäristöystävällisyyden ja kestävän rakentamisen periaatteet. Frenckellin konttorin saneeraus edustaa Aare Investin sitoutumista yhdistää historiallinen arvokkuus ja moderni tehokkuus kestävällä tavalla”, kertoo Aare Investin toimitusjohtaja Marko Kuusisto.
