Aare Invest acquires a 5.5-hectare development site in Tampere, with potential for more than 40,000 m² of warehouse and production space

ContiTech Finland Oy, a subsidiary of Continental Group, is selling a property development site of approximately 5.5 hectares in Myllypuro, Tampere, to Aare Invest Oy.

Aare Invest will develop new warehouse, logistics and production space on the site. The premises now being sold have a gross floor area of approximately 12,200 m². Under the current zoning plan, the development allows for new buildings with a gross floor area of approximately 15,000 m², plus a further approximately 15,000 m² of gross floor area.

At the same time, ContiTech Finland will lease new 2,650 m² premises on Jasperinkuja in Pirkkala from Aare Invest under a long-term lease agreement.

The premises at both sites will be built by Meijou Oy.
