Investment, development, leasing and active asset management are integrated within one team. From origination and underwriting through acquisition, business plan execution and ongoing asset management, Aare remains directly involved at property level.

We are looking to establish a long-term joint venture with an international institutional investor seeking direct real estate exposure in Finland. Aare would act as the local operating partner, leading origination, underwriting, transaction execution, development, leasing and active asset management.

Geography: Finland, with a strong local base in the Tampere region.

Sectors: Light industrial · Retail · Urban offices · Social infrastructure

Strategy: Value-add and repositioning opportunities, selective development and income-producing assets with potential to improve occupancy, NOI, energy performance or use.

Typical investment size: €6–65 million per transaction.

Our portfolio spans four property segments in the Tampere region: retail, light industrial, social infrastructure and urban offices. We focus on opportunities where a new use, refurbishment or closer tenant cooperation can improve a property’s performance and support its long-term value.
