Frenckell Konttori is located in the very center of Tampere, on the eastern edge of Keskustori, the central square, at Frenckellinaukio 1. The building is bordered to the north by the street between the Frenckell mill and the office building, to the east and south by Kirjastonpuisto park, and to the west by the pedestrian street on Frenckellinaukio. Frenckell Konttori is part of Frenckellinaukio square, framed by the City Hall and the Finlayson and Frenckell mills, and of the ensemble formed by the buildings lining the northern part of Keskustori. The central location and easy access by public transport, including the new tramway, make Frenckell Konttori attractive to a wide range of companies.

Services

The Finlayson area is home to more than 100 companies in various fields, employing around 3,000 people in total. The City of Tampere office building opposite Frenckell will serve as the workplace of around 900 employees. Hämeenkatu, Tampere's kilometer-long main street, is within sight, 100 meters away.
