In March 2026, Aare Invest sold the retail and commercial property at Suokorvenkatu 1–3 in Lielahti, Tampere. Completed in 2023, the property is home to IKH’s Tampere store and Suomen Autohuolto Oy.

The modern retail and commercial complex offers a total of 5,275 square meters of leasable space and sits on its own 11,530-square-meter plot. Energy efficiency and sustainability were priorities in the property’s design and construction. The property has an energy rating of A and has been awarded BREEAM Very Good environmental certification.

“This property is a good example of how we develop modern commercial spaces around the needs of their users. The project was completed in 2023, and we are very pleased with the outcome.
